There are no gold stars for saying the right thing, and no shame for telling the raw truth. What you drop here, stays here.
Privacy isn’t a perk. It’s a prerequisite.
No screenshots. No recordings. No sharing content, IP, or personal stories - not mine, not yours, not anyone else’s. What happens here stays here.
This space protects your fire.
These walls exist so you can unravel without exposure, and expand without dilution.
This is not social media.
There’s nothing to perform, post, or polish. You don’t have to show up with a plan, just your full self.
1. Show up real. Bring the man, not the mask. No brands, no performance. Come as you are, not who you think you should be.
2. Keep it clean. No screenshots, recordings, or reposting of any kind. Respect the sanctity of what’s shared here.
3. No unsolicited outreach. This is not a place to pitch or poach. Do not DM others with offers, agendas, or advice without consent.
4. Take full ownership. Your energy is your responsibility. So are your triggers, breakthroughs, and blind spots. Sovereignty is the standard.
5. Protect the IP. All content inside the Lounge - written, spoken, or otherwise - is the intellectual property of Alpha Male Principle. You may not reuse, paraphrase, adapt, or republish any part of this work without written permission.
6. Move with discernment. Challenges are welcome. Disrespect is not. There’s a difference, and you know it.
